The Grist-Brown Memorial YMCA is excited to announce that we will be hosting our PopUp Workout Class beginning March 30th! 

 

We know that coming to the gym can sometimes be an ordeal or even start to become repetitive. So we thought, why not bring the Y to you! Our PopUp Workout Classes are meant to do just that. Popup Workout Classes are designed to be high-energy, fast-paced, and all-ages-welcomed.

 

Once a month, we will select a new location and set up for our PopUp Workout Class. Classes range anywhere from fast-paced aerobics, to relaxing yoga exercise.

 

Join us at our next location, as our PopUp Workout Classes are always FREE and open to the public. Check back here for updates on our next location!

Join us for our next PopUp Workout Class. Facilitated by Yoga instructor Cindy Duck, meet us at the Selma Library for a relaxing and well needed yoga session on the lawn! Bring your yoga mats, sweat towels, and a bottle of water, as you are sure to get a good yoga session! 

This is one yoga session you don't want to miss, as there will be door prizes!
