Water Aerobics Class Description
An excellent way to condition your heart, tone muscles, and increase stamina and energy. Our energetic water with weights class adds resistant training to give your whole body a workout.
This class is designed to promote joint mobility, increase cardiovascular health and enhance well-being. Come experience the benefits and meet new friends!
Lap lanes will be open for members who wish to exercise by swimming laps in the pool. ***Lap swim is available upon request throughout the pool hours, so long as there is no Water Aerobics Class taking place.
During this time, families and friends have access to freely swim in the pool area. Try out our water slide or hop outside on our patio area to enjoy our Splash Pad while soaking up some sun rays.
