Step & Sculpt Aerobics: This is an intense high impact workout. The member should be in good physical shape for this class, it is fun, exciting, and burns lots of calories!
Body Blast: This is a total body workout. Great workout for the entire body and targets most problems areas of the body that may need toning.
Yoga: Our instructors for yoga are trained to give you a total body experience in stretching, realigning the body and giving yourself an all over sense of peace.
Zumba: Funky, Latin Hip-Hop dance moves set to music that will work you out while having loads of fun. You won’t realize you have worked out until you see the results. This class is a MUST TRY. It is the NEW RAGE.
Arthritis Exercise Program:This is a self-help class for everyone, but specifically designed for the participant with limited range of motion or joint issues created due to arthritis like conditions.
Cardio-Kickboxing:Great cardio workout! Uses lower and upper body movements for an all over workout. Tones and targets core muscles to help increase core strength and center balance.
Cycling: This is a group cycling class guaranteed to get you going. A great class that burns lots of calories and is guaranteed to make you sweat!
