Step Aerobics: This is an intense high impact workout. The member should be in good physical shape for this class, it is fun, exciting, and burns lots of calories!

Total Body Conditioning (TBC): TBC is somewhat like our boot camp class, just not quite as intense. Great workout for entire body.                                                                                                                

Yoga: Our instructors for Yoga are trained to give you a total body experience in stretching, realigning the body and giving yourself an all over sense of peace.

Circuit: This class is using the step but only for 3 minutes at the time. 3 minutes on the step and 1.5 minutes of weights. Alternating for about 45 minutes. Great Cardio and muscle workout.

Dance Aerobics: Funky, Hip-Hop moves set to music that will work you out while you have loads of fun.  You won’t realize you’ve worked out until you see the results!  MUST TRY!

Arthritis Exercise Program:  is a self-help class for everyone but specifically designed for the participant with limited ROM or joint issues.  This class is nationally certified by the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program. 

Cardio-Kickboxing: Great Cardio Workout!  Uses lower and upper body moves for an all-over workout.  Tones and targets CORE muscles for a great AB workout. 

Spinning: A group cycling class guaranteed to get you “going”.

Water Aerobics: Exciting, no impact workout that you can alter to suit your personal needs. Because the water takes weight off of your joints, it is great for our members with arthritis or knee and back pain.
